She’s a pup maybe 3-4 months she’s a blue nose pit I think. She’s got a grey coat and white toes

When I found this dog, I was driving . She ran out in the middle of the street with a thank you bag, full of trash wrapped around her neck. She was eating out of the neighbor’s trash. I stopped my car. I asked the neighbor whose dog this was she said she had no idea she was eating out of the trash. She looked very malnourished. I looked around for somebody. Nobody was around. I picked her up. I took her into my backyard. I gave her a bath. I fed her then I took her to the vet to see if she had a microchip which she did not and now I’m on here and I found a post with a picture of her so I am trying to get in contact with the owner.
