White/Blonde Pitbull Missing.

Anyone missing this little guy? He was running around Clines Corners Travel Center trying to sniff and play with people. It looks as if he were knocked upside the head by something and he is indefinitely bruised on his forehead. Looks Skinny/Emaciated. Will give him a bath and give him food/water. He could use a loving family to take care of him if the original owner is not located in 24 hours. If you are missing this pup. Let me know! Cannot keep him myself as I have a dog. My friend cannot keep him either as he has a dog as well.
