This feline looks worn out, stressed, hungry and needs to be vetted. Seems as though he/she has been living in "survival mode" for a longer while than not. That being said, IF owner does not come forward I will take feline in to get vetted and provide some destess/decompression in my berea home. Ive had felines all my life so I know the drill. Please pm me if this cud/wud be a possibility, depending on the owner coming forward or not. I have a gut feeling there will be no owner. Just sayin. . . . . .
