I helped get this dog off the street with a man who said his girlfriend worked at a vet’s office down the street. I followed him there and was told they would hold the dog for a bit while I posted on Nextdoor & awaited replies. Ten minutes later I got a text from the employee saying the guy I rescued the dog with gave the dog to a stranger outside the vets office.
