This canary has a black band on its right leg. Its was last seen at the sandy springs usps location, in the employee parking. We haven't seen the bird since this encounter at 11:30 am. I advised everyone I could to call attempt to take the bird to a vet if it is spotted and will allow someone to pick it up. Keeping an eye out!
