Janice J. Reed....I had a chihuahua and she couldn't wear a collar. She would cough and wheeze and fight to get it off. I even came home one day and the collar was wedged in her mouth and almost choking her. She was trying to chew it off. She never wore another collar. I wasn't taking any chances of finding her choked to death!!!

Janice J. Reed I have a dog with arthritis in his neck and my Vet said he should never wear a collar
