This dog is my sister’s his name is coco he recently had surgery that’s why it has a purple neck and he is no chipped my nephews are sad and worry for his dog we would be happy if we can contact the person that found him. We currently contact him and it has been 24hrs and we still don’t have a response from the person if anyone can provide more information it would be appreciated thank you
