Found on road with passing cars. Has two collars on but no tags. She keeps her eyes shut so I’m assuming she may be blind. Very sweet and friendly

Honestly finder should take this dog to Humane Society to see if this baby doesn’t have a microchip. It’s possible that this baby could belong to a homeless person in the area too.
