I found this older brindle female wandering near a really busy road, and I couldn’t leave her out there. She is safe and currently in my possession, but I can’t keep her long-term. She has to have been someone’s dog. She’s incredibly well-trained, calm, and so, so sweet. Even after being on the street for a couple days, she has zero aggression—even with food and complete strangers. That’s not typical stray behavior… she clearly came from a . We’ve asked around the neighborhood and no one recognizes her, which is heartbreaking. I’m really worried about what happens if we can’t find help quickly.
