Our cat is missing in Lexington, KY, and we are begging people to keep an eye out for him. This cat is not “just a pet.” He is an emotional support and comfort companion to my daughter, and losing him has been devastating for her. We truly need help bringing him home safely. He was last seen at 9am when she was carrying him in the hse the carrier broke and he ran off. He is not wearing a collar and may be scared and hiding. He is microchipped. PLEASE message or call/text me immediately at with any sighting, even if you aren’t sure. Please share this post. We are heartbroken and just want him home safe. ❤️

Tips: Please check nearby storm drains and sewer pipes. Vehicle engines and tire wells. Attics, closets, and bats. Garages and sheds. Bushes and trees. Under buildings and trees. Search outside at dawn and dusk when it's quiet. Using a flashlight may help. Set outside your old clothes so your cat may detect a familiar scent. Good luck.

If you lost a pet: Visit Lexington-FayetteAnimal Care & Control or your local animal control in person every other day, strays can be adopted out after 3 days for cats, 5 days for dogs. Put flyers everywhere. Post to Lost and Found Pets of Lex Scroll Lost and Found Pets of of Lex and Pawboost for posts about found Ignore suggestions re instagram If its been more than 3 days also need to visit Lex Humane Society daily.
