Devin Gonzalez will share to Visalia apps . Probley safer at the Selma shelter Visalia is very full there usually a 3 day hold and someone will put down .

This dog is at the incorrect shelter. If owners are to locate it, they wouldn’t look with Selma. Correct shelter would be likely be Tulare county animals services or Visalia animal services depending on where exactly in that area.
