File a missing cat report with Norfolk animal control. If the cat is chipped, make sure your contact information is up-to-date. This at the shelter several times a week to see if your cat has been brought in. Print flyers with your cat picture and your contact information and take around the neighbors, ask them to call you if they see your cat. Also ask them if they have been in there one of their outbuildings shed garage because cats go in those places to hide and then when the door is closed, they cannot get out. You cannot hear cat crying take it out of a structure like that unless you’re standing right next to it. Tonight after 10 PM, go out in your yard with a bag of kitty treats and a flashlight, walking around slowly, calling your cats name and shaking the kitty treats bag. Use your flashlight to look into the bushes.
