Description

Gray and white domestic shorthair. Mostly white body and mostly gray face. Large but very skinny. Definitely domesticated. Head perks up to “here kitty kitty” calling. Very scared and skittish. Has been out in wild for at least 2 months we think. Likely longer.

We have spotted this beautiful cat on our property and today I was able to feed him and pet him. Very sweet but scared. Not aggressive. Gentle and looks like he’s been roughing it for a while. He is currently finding refuge in our barn. We are building trust and will try to capture and get scanned soon.

Hopefully you can catch him and keep him in the house. So that the owners can be found and won't have to chase him or he won't wander off. And if nobody claims him, maybe you can keep him and give him the whole brady deserves love.He probably already is getting a lot of love.Cannot be found.Hopefully you will be found soon

Thank you Joan. . We already contacted local humane society, filled out report, and have a friend who has regularly fostered for humane society who will take him in and get him to the vet to be checked out as well as scanned for chip. We are positive he is someone’s pet that was either lost or abandoned. He is very very scared right now and skin and bones despite his big frame. He trusts me and allows me to pet him but freaks out at the addition of any other people. We are hoping to get him into a carrier without traumatizing him this afternoon and to the vet to be checked out and scanned by tomorrow. His head snapped up fast with recognition when my mom called “here kitty kitty” to our other cats. Definitely domesticated.
