I believe I have posted this on Ring and nextdoor. Please update us when you find the owner. With confidence I can say this is probably a stolen dog.

Please take the dog to a local vet, Petco, or the shelter to be scanned for a microchip. Also if you are able, post on nextdoor.com, and on the ring neighbors app too. I shared to the Facebook page Lost and found for Long Beach/Lakewood
