Someone just found him this morning O yea now I see!It said to call Foothills Veterinary Clinic the dogs name was dude and they can tell you who the owner is !!

Go online and notify the shelter since family will look there and legally it's required. Require proof of ownership/vet records and photos. Have the dog FULL BODY scanned (chips can migrate from the neck area) at a vets office for a chip, any emergency vet can scan too
