LOST OUTDOOR Kitty with outdoor experience? It should know its way home. But since it hasn't come home as usual, experts say it could be trapped/injured somewhere and needs you to search for it. Search its territory (can be up to a 1,500 foot radius around its home) - in/under sheds and decks, neighbors' garages, barns, up trees and roofs, in drains, roadside and every nook that it could seek refuge. At night, use a flashlight in dark areas to get a reflection from its eyes. For neighbors not on social media, knock on their doors and ask to search their property if possible. Ask if anyone feeds cats outside as kitty might be there. Hand out and post laminated, readable LOST fliers with pic and phone number on STOP signs in its territory to get important sightings. Go out with a container of its food, shake it and calmly call it to come eat. Stop and listen for meows.
