I think I saw this cat yesterday on a rescue site in Va, they were trying to locate the owner! I will look back at my FB rescue pages but check all the Va rescues in the meantime. The post said trying to get this cat home for the new year or something like that

Continue to check with shelters,rescue groups,groups that feed feral colonies,vets. Keep posters up. Hopefully has been rescued, should not be outside.
