Cindy Pena yes he probably did have an owner probably someone that loved him or he was giving up for adoption and then someone else adopted him. I'm afraid people do ty stuff. If someone's not looking for him right away I would bet my bottom dollar that someone dumped him because they didn't want to deal with him or her. What a crappy thing to do to an animal with no front claws. Thank you so much for the people that care about him and that are caring for him.
