Whiskey is a medium sizes skinny brown Kelpie mix. He fell out my car trying to bark at another dog while we were leaving Walmart in Salinas Ca on North Davis. He has a coller with his name and a number to contact and is chipped.He is very friendly but is undoubtedly scared.
