Virginia Beach Animal Control can scan for a microchip and post on stray hold for owner to reclaim at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. Animal Control has a program designed to reunite lost pets with their owners with proof of ownership. File a found dog report with Virginia Beach Animal Control and Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. Not everyone sees Facebook posts and often go to the shelter looking for lost pets.
