Black and white. Mostly black on its body on top in his head has black in his under body is all white and white paws. I believe it's a male cat.

This poor baby wandered up to us and appears to have an eye injury. He/She is very sweet and definitely seems like someone’s pet. We’re trying to help but want to find the owner quickly. If you recognize this cat, please reach out right away! We have been feeding him amd gave him a comfortable bed to sleep on outside.
