Dog is possibly injured. Arrived on Sunday and is hiding under a car in our building's parking garage. The building backs up to a neighborhood by Feld Park.

Unfortunately, we now have footage of him being dumped. SPCA scanned him, and there were no chips found.

post on next door, ask all the kids, check the dog for a microchip & check the lost & found ads on craigslist
