she is a little older now , around 8 months old she is a full bred jack russell terrier please help me

she runs around freely just a few minutes some days and must have followed one of the older big dogs out of the yard, my aunt called for her name and says it sounds like they heard her from a nearby neighbors hse then couldn't hear her barking anymore, as if they took her inside the hse or something. please help me get my Leela to her correct owner , which is both I as well as my great aunt Martha who misses her dearly and cries everynight about this dog thank you all
