American Staffordshire terrier/black lab mix, black with white markings on chest

Message from Finder

The sweet boy was found with a collar on that read “Nepheew”. He was at 7/11 and left unattended for over an hour. No one inside was aware of where he came from or how long he had been there. He is now approximately 2.5 years old.
