This pet seems to have an owner. Nails were cut and is sooooo sweet and loving. He’s a big (69lb) puppy dog.

He looks like the one that recently got adopted from The City of Mobile Animal Services . It was a dog I found off Mofffett at Racine Ave. I'll attach a picture to see if it's the same dog. Not sure if they got him chipped or not when adopted....IF it's him.
