Black with a white on his chest and feet. Also some spots of brown on his head that blend in with the black. And blue collar with white square lines. No tags, just a collar.

Found him soaked from the storm. Seems to be a puppy likely no older than a year or 2. Wants to be inside and crying so I can tell he's someone's. And very friendly and looks in the eyes so I know he has an owner. Have not had time to get him scanned for a chip yet but plan to unless someone reaches out first
