Animals and humans alike are born of the same Divine Creation, relying upon one another to grow and thrive in enduring harmony. Therefore, we must cherish and protect all creatures great and small. Do not bring harm or suffering upon them. Without this mutual respect, we cannot hope to dwell in peace and permanence upon this Earth. ANIMALS AND KARMA Animals choose to come into our lives. They are part of our karma and we are part of theirs. Sometimes they find themselves abandoned or wandering, in the middle of a road or in danger, in the heart of the night; sometimes they find themselves at the front door, as fate commands them; sometimes they come from loved ones, neighbors or strangers. At least animals were already in our karma. In this life, as in others. According to Brian Weiss, the same animal often embodies multiple times during our lifetime, simply changing form and coat, and being recognized by small gestures, details and subtle habits.
