Shine a flashlight at night look for shiny eyes drains bushes etc call name a lot esp at night and listen for soft meow. Food and water plus your smelly clothes. Post on nextdoor and Pawboost too has a free version. Ring too if you have it. Traps will speed this up. Some have come back inside if door left cracked can hear TV etc sneak back in. Late at night. Once one cat took 15 days to catch her in a trap another was 12 days. My own jumped back inside the fence while calling his name after 4 days. Traps are your best friend! Good luck! Signs help best per pet trackers so all drivers see them. Few major intersections on tel poles. I used neon laminated ones made at UPS store to get sightings. It helped.
