I lost Casper today at Dog Beach in Ocean Beach he was running around and playing and when I turned around he was gone, he’s a chihuahua mix that’s very friendly and he has tall legs and is very energetic, he’s 11 years old and has slight cataracts, he is my world please give him back, I have been looking for him on the beach now for two hours
