Candie Cane is a very friendly and loved by many people especially on California on the coastal cities. Also, in the state of Washington as well as OR. She was place in the care of my oldest daughter Cathrine R. Smart. Birth name last name is Conner. I was the hosp. Her Veterinary docter is at Hunter Veterinary Clinic in Spokane, WA. My beloved dog would be with me 24/7. I took her everywhere I went even to many healthcare places, food/ stores , businesses , resturants, buses , city metro trains, Amtrak trains, libraries. Senior centers ect. She was my companion and friend. I had no family, friends, no church members for help, people who knew us especially when we became homeless. I had reach out to community resources and strangers. No good luck. This month of 2026 . My youngest daughter Jasmine R. Campbell seen me in Portland, OR and she had given me Catherine phone number to call her. Who I haven't seen in years. She paid my way to come to Georgia State. I was able to see my hometown in Mississippi. After 40 entire years gone by. I come from a broken family. A very sad case. I still haven't seen my 2 sons Edward and Larry Conner. I have many other families I haven seen. My own family is mixed race. I am now reaching out to the public because I would like to bring a closure to the neglect, theif, truth not given about Candie Cane suffering in the southern part of the USA. The weather is extremely hot, humid, snakes, insects, ,forest wood areas. Wuthout food and water and lack of the authority for help. My daughter know all the conditions full well . She no remorse yet taken care of homeless cat with kitten. She also need counseling herself and won't go to get help. She have pfressional jobs . The laws are different in each state concerning any kind of dogs. After I was welcome back in her home. I want justice to be done yet I will be hated and it will put my life in danger. I cannot express my true feelingn with my oldest daughtern so she doesn't get upset only to God above. I didn't have the money to get an civil case . My dog lived with me in Hotels / Hotel especially at the Holiday Inn Express and Motel 6. Everything very clean and wherever else I went too as well as my old apmt before the fire in 2012. There no police detective but only in California . Before in 2020, when my dog was stolen by church leaders and thrown to the freeway but survived with the help of 2 ladies. My dog has a microchip. Honest people found her to be recuse. That was the frist Tragedy of my lost of her. I stayed at my docter office until I got that call to pick her up. She is also. signed up with Pet Link and other organizations including the Pasadena humane society in CA. She is in the Social Security Administration paper works on filed She been in animal shelters before which law enforcement would take her to safety. Candie Cane was in my Daughter care who did not want my dog in diapers because the dog will get a radh. My dog never ever had a radh or health issues. I took care her as if she was a human baby. My daughter tell me my dog used the bathroom i was told on the kitchen floor but not on the carpet. I was in the hosp at the time. I finally see the other side of my daughter. I told myndaughter to give all my dog new belongings away while I was in the hosp. I couldn''ton look at mybdog.new belongings which she allow me back into her home. I was told I am not allowed. She had to not let me be around her young son. The hosp with lies telling her I'm a threat. At release on August 25, 2026. My daughter Cathrine tells me am back into her home. Being depressed caused me to be in a mental hosp because of family and me worrying about my dog Candie. I asked questions about my dog. I kept my dog well cared for. I never gave consent for my daughter to give my dog away. She only had to clean and keep a diaper on my dog until she get off work. I doubt if my dog was barking. Candie Cane sleep alot because of old aged. I suffer from PTSD, Depression, Diabetes. High Blood Pressure, 2 Eye Diseases, Pain RA, along with other health problems . I donot let my disability stop me for the things I can do. It's all about Ability not disability I have lived with my dog alonemany years and raised other dogs /cats along with Candie Cane 5 puppies. I have suffer throughout my entire life because of no good people. There 's lot of people from all over have suffered from something . Those domestic violence, mental behavior facilities , medicaln issues, fraud, ect. There's so many people who lost their love ones include pets. I am still saddened from the lost of my dog aswell of live.ones . I thank all those who been a great help to me and my special dog while she v was with me all these years. I am not at all ready for another animal. This tragedy is not right at all what my oldest daughter did to me. It is difficult for me to pretent nothing has happened and smiles while in her present until am out her home in the apmt where she rent. The lost of my own mother that in 1996 was hard as it is because of another family with no justice did for her death. Most criminal cases are always done by a family member not just any stranger ect. I learn. I wish I could have a law made by congress Candie Cane Alert just like what happen for the Amber Alert. Atleast. Social Media and /Newspapers are a great sourcev to be used. There are many people could care less having no love or remorse but many do care. I donot wish for Anyone to go through this kind of thing. What's matter is for other people who been a victim to know the facts . Any kind of Abused is uncalled for in the eyes of Almighty God and the Laws of the Land . Live and Learn and Forgive all. Getting over the past is never that easy for Some and professional help is always needed and support in order to fully Those who say "Just get over it and move on", it not at all the correct thing to say.
