Rem is a very antisocial cat, when people are around she hides until they are gone and everything in the hse is quiet. We could leave the door open and she wouldn't dare go outside just stare specially seeing other cats. She's been 10 yrs with my husband.only thing that could make her come out of a hiding spot aside from quietness is the sound of a nail clipper or the shaking of a temptation treat slip, even when cornered she doesn't bite
