Taylor Warren most of the time, the city will scan for a chip before they take your dog and will bring the dog home unless there was nobody home, but then they should have also left a notice. I would also double check with the chip company and make sure your chip was registered correctly a few years ago one of my dogs got out and I had a similar problem and I thought my chip was registered correctly and it wasn't

Taylor Warren you Google Fort Worth animal care and control and make sure you go to that direct page, I was looking for another dog that got picked up in our neighborhood to see if he made it to their facility, it took me a little bit to navigate that website, but I found where you can see pictures of all the intake, dogs. Also I don't know if you have the next door app, but you can post your dog there for your neighborhood as well.

You guys might want to check the intake list that has pictures for Fort Worth animal care and control, because I see a lot of similar dogs on there and that might be where your dog is.
