I'm pretty sure it ways a slider. It left and now a neighbor down the street is looking for it. 😭 I sure hope he finds it. Everything I saw on wildlife sites said to leave it alone. It was an argument in our family.

Looks like a Russian tortoise but I’m not 100% sure. Definitely not a red eared slider. Can you capture it or was it only spotted in the area noted?
