Apparently a guy from Spring Ridge was given a dog that his friend picked up on 80. He questioned it and called animal control to see if someone reported him missing and they gave him the owners #

Hello everyone! First of all, we want to thank everyone for your help and support during these last few weeks. It has been so hard and emotionally overwhelming. Murphy was taken by someone on Jan 4. They took great care of him and gifted him to a friend that questioned his origin. He called animal control to see if there was a missing pup like Murphy and they gave him my phone number. This gentle soul did the right thing. I think we are going to find him a friend of his own!!! Such a wonderful ending to our rough journey! Xxoo
