I called first thing. This guy is still being processed UT they will soon check him for a chip and call me. I'll keep you posted. The only way he could have gone that far is if someone picked him up and dropped him. Fi gers crossed

Any chance he was wearing a dog coat when he went missing? We saw a medium sized dog chasing a buck in our backyard maybe 3-4 days ago (Lewisdale road, about a half mile walk from Haines if you go through the woods)

Sadly a lot of dogs appearances change if lost for even just a few weeks .. I would highly suggest looking into the dog in pic that has been running around the neighborhood for weeks . Or at least I would hope someone would take this dog in and scan it for micro chip at the least . That poor dog !!!

This dog looks very thin and it's cold, pls contact animal control so he can be fed and in the warm and his family can be possibly contacted please!!
