To parents of lost pets: Beware of scammers who will comment with links for "lost" pets services. (Including Drone services) And they will CALL or MESSAGE you also. Do not fall for their scams. Also, they call using what seems like legit shelter number saying pet needs surgery/help. Hang up and call shelter directly.

Put up flyers at all area post offices and make sure your mail carrier knows!

In addition to the post, please deliver flyers door-to-door all through your neighborhood. Include vets offices, public places, and any businesses that will let you put one up. Mention if he is chipped or wearing an ID tag. Offer a Reward! A lot of people are not on social media and will not see online posts. They NEED a flyer so they know to watch for him and call if seen. Go to animal control to see if he ended up there. Do an online search "best ways to find a lost dog" and similar wording. Be sure to follow through with the expert tips in order to increase your chances of finding him. Praying.
