Dog found with leash and collar on at Hanover Wayside Park. No tag or id. She's with Hanover Animal Control now -. Very friendly after we lured her in with cheese sticks & water.

i can’t tell from the pic but is this one of the doodles that was missing from a wreck on 95 a few weeks ago. It might be caroline county that picked the dog up and lost the dog before the owner could recover pup?
