Cullen Todd the person in the photo that I attached saying to contact someone on Instagram (they didn't even spell that part right). Any of those saying to contact someone on Instagram are fake. They try to get you to send them money. Also if you click on their profile and look at their friends list you can tell it's a fake picture and profile.
