Kelsey Weber if you can keep her inside your house (in a bathroom) until yhe owner is found, that would be best. Or drive to the Idaho Humane Society on Dorman street near the airport. Have the staff help you get her out if the car so that she does no run away

I found her I have her I just need to know where I need to take her she's in the car with me right now she's so sweet she has oil all over her she was up under a car very scared and she's been there for a while

S h e is probably stuck someplace. Sit outside and talk awhile may bring your cat out of hiding or you may be able to hear her crying. Ask neighbors to check their properties and out buildings. Post on Nextdoor.com too. Put your dirty towels out on the porch so she can smell her way home. Check trees. Godspeed she's found 🙏
