Are you posting this because you think that’s the same dog? If so, have you ever owned a dog, and do these two dogs actually look the same to you?

Mike Friesen Amanda Hood there are many reasons. One being, the dog is 14. How can a visually impaired 14 year old dog perform tasks? Most reputable SD gets retired around 9. Some dog can still perform tasks, especially if they are smaller breeds as often they live longer and don't have a lot of mobility issues larger breeds have. But most often senior dogs don't have public access. Which is why most people have a vest. A lot of people are required to reassess their dogs and have a public access expiration for this reason. ( given they had actually done the steps to PAT certify their dog) They dog also seems to be blind and or have vision problems and also mentioned suffers for anxiety. Proper SD don't have that. People who have actual SD can spot fake ones from a mile away, and most likely this owner does what a lot of people do, abuse their dogs wearing a vest so they can take them everywhere. Glad dog is safe, but it's a huge problem and people need to be educated
