If you can set out smelly food over there and water in a safe place he may come back when no one is close. Please call 911 if you see him again to get animal control faster and let them know his leg is broken and needs medical attention immediately please. Unfortunately, calling 911 is the fastest way to get an officer there if they are injured

Sarah Jennings we called animal control twice and they never showed up to get him. So we took him to the fire station and he got away from them there. I tried to follow him and catch him but couldn't
