*PLEASE HELP, DOG FOUND* Hello! My boyfriend and I were driving on the on ramp to north 95 and Tropicana, we spotted two dogs, loose trying to enter the freeway, I managed to scoop one of the dogs up (see photo) Pomeranian/mix up but the other dog (a shaved down husky) was to fast for me to catch. The last I saw of the husky, she/he was headed under the overpass on Tropicana and 95. I can tell this dog is well loved and cared for, please help me reach the owners and please spread to any neighbors missing dogs. I currently brought this dog to my parents place off of Tropicana and 95, I’m hoping to find owners, but won’t be able to keep the dog here long. If I end up needed to take it to a shelter, I will update this post, letting yall know where I took it.

UPDATE: We took her to the vet, no chip unfortunately. She is being well taken care of by my parents, while we still try to find the owners

Please check for microchip at any vet or Petsmart for free and ask for proof of ownership.

Thank you for keeping it safe. If you are able to, please bring it to any local Petsmart or vet office to have scanned for a microchip. If unable to hold until a possible owner is found, please reach out to local rescues such as Pawsitive Difference Pet Rescue, Hearts Alive Village Las Vegas, A Home 4 Spot Animal Rescue, Path to Furever Home, etc. Please try to avoid the Animal Foundation as they are over capacity and this sweet pup would risk being euthanized.

Looks like a pure Shih Tzu! I have an Imperial Shih Tzu. Their flat nose makes it hard to breathe in the heat. Thx for saving it. So dangerous to be found by freeway! I hope owner claims it soon! 🙏🏼🌼🙏🏼🌼🙏🏼
