I’ve seen this cat somewhat regularly over the last couple years, but not much recently. Today she (I’m assuming she) happened to be walking across my front lawn when I got . I think she’s deaf as she didn’t notice me walking behind her and got scared when she saw me. She is super skinny, I could feel her bones petting her. She is very friendly.
