Please take to any vet to scan for chip at no charge to you. Report to shelter as found, owner might look there. After reporting please foster till owner is found, they are overcrowded and high .?if someone claims the pup make sure is the rightful owner with proof of ownership. Please post on Nexdoor and Ring in case owner is not on FB. Thank you for saving the pup.
