Im a 3rd shift worker, I woke up in the evening and she was gone. My family was barbecueing for labor day weekend and my worst fear is that she snuck out of the hse without them noticing and taken bus someone or hurt. Any help at all would be appreciated

Poor Chica! She's probably scared and hiding/seeking shelter nearby. Keep checking under nearby porches, decks, shrubs and in garages and sheds. Best times to search and call for her are dusk and dawn. Shake her treat bag while calling her name. Each day in late afternoon/early evening until she's home, put canned tuna/fishy canned cat food outside your door and watch for her. The fishy food is important because they can smell it from farther away and hopefully she will come back around from wherever she's hiding. Also put out fresh water and something with her scent on it. Let your neighbors and mail carrier know that she's missing so they can be on the lookout for her. Let the employees at Twisty Treat know so they can be on the lookout for her. Put flyers up in the area and give them to nearby businesses. Post on Perrysburg Lost and Found Pet page and Toledo and Surrounding Area Lost and Found Pet page to get the word out. You might also want to try setting a humane trap. The fishy food and humane trap is how I got my cat back when he was lost last summer. Sending prayers for sweet Chica to be safe and home very soon.
