Put your baby on nextdoor.com if you haven't already and also walk up and down your neighborhood and look for homes that have a ring door bell or security system and I send the check their video you don't mention if your baby is an indoor outdoor or an indoor only so if it's an indoor only cat it's probably closer than you think but just to afraid to come out..
If that's the case then take a flashlight in the evening time after everybody's walked their dogs and start looking under bushes with the flashlight under porches I don't care where just look under cars because the flashlight will bounce off your baby's eyes.
