I don't know about leaving them out for mom kitty to "take". I would try to locate mom kitty, no doubt. But at the age they are (eyes open, walking) they are capable of being fed by a caring human. If the mom kitty is allowed to take them, they may grow into feral cats 😢, a no-win for everyone 😔 Contact Guilford county animal shelter, and ask if they have anyone available to foster if you cannot. Guilford shelter has programs to help find kittens homes. Call them and find out how they can help you. Most importantly, thank you for caring enough to get these babies to Safety! They are Very Easy prey!! Talk to your neighbors. find out if anyone is the family of a mom kitty.

Find mom asap. Put them in a laundry basket near where you found them. Wait for mom to return. Let her take them.
