Hello 🚨 my boy Maverick got out on the 900 block of McMillan Ave this morning. Please contact me if you have seen him. He's a timid but friendly cat so if you see him and are able to catch him or bring him inside, i would really appreciate it. He has never been outside before 😭💚

Being an indoor kitty chances are he'll be hiding near by (6 house radius). Keep checking as scared kitty's can stay quiet and hidden for several days and often come out when its quiet out. Is he fixed with a tattoo? Here's some tips you can try. Check under decks, sheds and bushes. Make sure your neighbours know in case he's shut into a garage, crawl space or shed - see if they can leave them open for awhile. Don't forget to look up high in case he was chased up a tree. Late evening, early morning - quiet times are great times to look. Don't yell for him (may scare him further), call in a normal voice. Read a book outloud or have a conversation outside with someone. Use a flashlight to look in dark spaces - his eyes may show up. Stinky food out WHEN you can watch it. Put something with your scent on outside. Put up flyers and posters, in case someone not on FB finds. I hope he's found soon.

Can u put out posters everywhere everywhere not everyone uses social uses social media. Also put out his litter box cats can smell their own scent from far away and follow it home
