I am dogsitting for a family who has been feeding this cat for a few weeks now. The cat is seriously injured and overall in rough shape - hurt paw causing him to struggle to walk and very, very skinny for his size. I think he’s probably feral but wanted to check for owners before reaching out to a rescue org.
