Animal control will come out to help if someone lets them know they are in traffic with a long tie out on one’s neck. It can get stuck under a tire and hurt the dog majorly

Please call dispatch if they are in traffic 317-327-3811 and please tell them one has a long tie out attached to its collar dragging , and it’s going to get stuck under the tires. Please also post on your NextDoor app. They most likely live in the neighborhood
